Primary Care is care from a doctor or nurse for the whole person. It is your first stop when something isn’t right. Primary Care at Granville Vance Public Health also includes medication and counseling for mental health and substance use disorder.

A PCP is...

A primary care provider (PCP) is a medical professional who can help you with many of your general health needs. These include physicals, diagnoses, treatment of diabetes and high blood pressure, rashes, or  depression. PCPs can help you get to the right specialist, if one is needed. Make an appointment today.

Clinic fees

Granville Vance Public Health accepts most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. If you do not have insurance, we are able to provide primary care services at a discounted price. Click to learn more about clinic fees.
