Request for Proposals: Public Health Cost of Services Study
(RFP 729-23ARPA621-06)

Granville-Vance District Health Department, on behalf of Region 7, invites qualified firms to provide proposals towards a Public Health Cost of Services Study – intended to provide Health Directors with data and metrics to quantify the resources and manpower needed to provide essential public health services at the LHD and regional level.

Bidders must be a firm with a strong background in public health work in North Carolina, with consideration given to bidders with completed projects for Region 7 health departments, as well as experience undertaking complex issues. The successful bidder will have a proven record of assessing local health departments’ current capacity for providing foundational public health capabilities, state-mandated and funded services, as well as the costs to deliver public health programs and identify any gaps.

The project and services will be executed in a manner that does not conflict with the allowable expenses set forth by the federal grant. All services must be completed by May 31, 2024.

All interested and qualified firms are requested to submit their Proposals no later than 4:00PM on July 24, 2023. Submissions received after that date will be disqualified from consideration.
