In accordance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and updates under the Paperwork Reduction Act, Form 1095-C will now be made available electronically rather than being automatically mailed.
This change is designed to streamline access and ensure timely delivery of your health coverage information, supporting both compliance and convenience for all employees.
Electronic Access to Form 1095-C
Form 1095-C will now be provided electronically, in line with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Paperwork Reduction Act. This means you will no longer automatically receive a paper copy by mail. To access your Form 1095-C online, please visit:

How to Request a Paper Copy
If you prefer to receive a paper copy of your Form 1095-C, you may request one at no cost.

During this period, you may view and download your Form 1095-C online at your convenience. If you require a paper copy, please ensure your request is submitted within this timeframe to guarantee timely delivery.
