Request for Proposals: Public Health Workforce Investment Study

Granville-Vance District Health Department, on behalf of Region 7, invites qualified firms to provide proposals towards a Public Health Workforce Investment Study intended to provide Health Directors with the data and indicators to advocate for new hires, to provide incentives for workforce retention, and to increase capacity to LHDs’ foundational capabilities.  
Bidders must be a firm with a strong background in public health work in North Carolina as well as experience undertaking complex issues. The agency must have a proven record of filling critical gaps in local and regional LHD needs, costs and benefits of recruiting and retaining a suitable public health workforce for providing foundational capabilities and pandemic response. The project and services will be executed in a manner that does not conflict with the allowable expenses set forth by the federal grant. All services must be completed by May 31, 2023.  
 All interested and qualified firms are requested to submit their Proposals no later than 4:45 pm on February 03, 2023. Submissions received after that date will be disqualified from consideration. Digital files larger than 20MB cannot be accepted by email. Flash drives will not be accepted. Proposals should be sent to:
